Suspiros is opening in early 2027, and we are building a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, therapists, and support staff to care for every resident. Here is how that team is structured.

No single person can hold everything a recovery needs. That is why every resident at Suspiros is supported by a small, multidisciplinary team working together around one shared plan — not a single therapist working in isolation.

Clinical Team

Doctors and nurses oversee medically assisted detox and physical health, on site around the clock.

From your first day, our clinical team monitors your physical wellbeing and manages any medication safely, working closely with your key worker and therapists so your care always stays joined up.

Key Workers

Every resident is paired with a dedicated key worker who builds and follows their personal treatment plan from day one.

Your key worker gets to know your history and your goals, meeting with you regularly to review progress and adjust your plan as you move through the programme.

Therapists

Individual and group therapy is led by qualified addiction therapists, working within the 12-Step and evidence-based tradition.

Sessions cover the underlying causes of addiction as well as practical relapse-prevention skills, delivered one-to-one and in daily groups alongside fellow residents.

Wellness & Holistic Practitioners

Yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practitioners support the daily rhythm of the programme.

These practices are built into the daily schedule alongside clinical and therapeutic work, helping residents reconnect with their bodies and build habits that support recovery long after they leave.

Admissions & Family Liaison

A dedicated point of contact guides you through enquiry and admission, and keeps families informed throughout the stay.

This is usually the first person you speak to, and the same contact stays with you and your family throughout, so you are never passed between strangers at a difficult time.
